This balcony refurbishment project in Southsea, Portsmouth involved modernising the tired appearance of the balconies and dividing screens. A crucial requirement of this refurbishment was to update all safety aspects, to comply with the new building regulations.
We used toughened, laminated, frameless glass balustrade with white stripped interlayer and stainless-steel topped handrails, to add a uniform and clean visual to the building. These were installed by our site team and carried up scaffolding by hand.
We worked with the residents in mind, ensuring noise was kept to a minimum where possible and keeping the site clear and safe.
A great project, supplied, delivered and installed by us, providing a fresh, uniform look to the block of flats.
